Introduction

Hi! I'm Cori Taitz (she/her), LMHC, PMH-C. I’m a psychotherapist who works with adults around managing anxiety, burnout, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) with over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic support around prenatal and postpartum mental health issues (depression, anxiety, and trauma) and helping my clients navigate the stressors and emotional challenges that arise during every age and stage of parenthood. I love being a therapist because I have always been fascinated by people’s experiences, stories, and feelings. I strive to make genuine, meaningful connections with all of my clients so that they – you! – can feel comfortable being open and honest about what has brought you to therapy. I believe that change is possible with connection, communication, and collaboration with a trusted person on a regular basis. In that spirit, our work together will feel like an evolving, ongoing conversation. Your feelings and experiences will be met with compassion, thoughtful listening, and validation. We will talk through what feels messy and hard while working to deepen self-awareness, strengthen coping, and enhance your sense of self so that your symptoms and stressors feel more manageable in the context of your daily life. My practice is affirmative, open, and supportive to people of all genders, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnicities, and religious practices. I provide a judgement-free space for you to show up as you are and feel what you feel without having all the answers. During our work together, no topic is off-limits. By prioritizing this time for yourself, you’re taking meaningful steps towards healing, connection, self-empowerment, and lasting change. Therapy is your time. You deserve it. To book an appointment, please email me at cori@coritaitz.com or call me at 617-297-7476.
