My undergraduate education in Health and Sport Studies (Miami University, OH) laid the foundation for a holistic approach to wellness. Graduate studies in Counseling Psychology (Boston College) provided my training in contemporary counseling. I have experience in emergency departments, hospitals, community counseling agencies and research settings. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment and help you achieve your desired goals.
