In my experience, many people hope to find peace, stability, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives. How we come to find these things looks different for each of us depending on our needs and values, which is why I don’t believe therapy is “one size fits all.” It is important to individualize your treatment goals and determine which treatment modalities best fit your needs. I am trained in and typically use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Strengths Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
