My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about mindfulness for people struggling with anxiety, and have facilitated many workshops, speaking engagements, and webinars. Teaching people to manage their anxiety in meaningful and approachable ways.
