Introduction

We all have the power to heal and grow. I am passionate about helping to heal traumas, connect with our core strengths and resiliency, and help you manage ongoing stress. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a collaborative approach to work with you and your chosen supports to process change and navigate transitions. Beginning therapy is a courageous step in creating change in your life, and is a rewarding experience. I have training and experience in a variety of approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapies. I am also trained in integrating these two approaches for deeper processing. My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe place to heal, grow, learn, and connect with yourself and those most important in your life.
