I strongly believe that everyone deserves to feel validated and to have their story truly heard. I understand—both personally and professionally—how essential it is to have a safe space where you are taken seriously in order to create meaningful movement and change in your life. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working with individuals and families in both therapeutic and life coaching settings. My approach to therapy is eclectic and individualized—I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I use a combination of evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT skills and mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused work. Drawing from my life coaching background, I also help clients build a practical toolkit of skills they can continue using long after therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process, heal, learn, and grow—while also being compassionately challenged to create change, set boundaries, and feel empowered in their lives.
