I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through seasons of change, disconnection, and growth. Across my work as a clinician, educator, and supervisor, I am continually drawn to how relationship patterns, life transitions, and trauma shape the stories people carry about themselves and their lives. My approach is grounded in systemic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives, with deep respect for each person’s cultural context, identities, and values. In addition to talk therapy, I integrate somatic and body-based approaches, including CranioSacral Therapy, reflecting my belief that healing unfolds through the integration of mind, body, and relational connection. I strive to bring a warm, steady, and reflective presence into every space I enter, inviting people to slow down, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate more intentional and compassionate relationships—with themselves and with others.
