Introduction

Cory is committed to fostering a collaborative and personalized therapeutic experience, guiding clients toward meaningful goals with care and intention. In a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, she helps clients gain clarity, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical, healthy strategies to navigate life’s challenges. With compassionate guidance and gentle, respectful challenges, Cory creates a space where clients feel empowered to explore both their strengths and the patterns that may be holding them back. Her holistic approach honors the connection between emotional, physical, and social well-being, helping clients cultivate balance, resilience, and a greater sense of overall wellness. Cory has been a dedicated therapist since 2006 and has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California since 2010, with an active license in Arizona as well. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. Cory is a long-time member of CAMFT, serves as an alumni mentor for The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and is actively involved in the Coronado community through local philanthropic and lifestyle organizations. Since 2016, Cory has focused on private practice, providing individualized care in a supportive, boutique setting. She has also gained experience in hospital settings, at The Family Institute in Chicago, and working closely with active-duty military and their families at Naval Base Coronado.
