Introduction

You don’t have to do this alone — let’s take the next step together. If life feels heavy, confusing, or out of balance, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether your challenges are recent or long-standing, therapy can provide a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and feel truly understood. I approach this work with care and respect for each person’s unique identity, lived experiences, and the cultural, familial, and social contexts that shape them. Together, we create space to better understand who you are, what matters most to you, and how to live in greater alignment with your values. Please make an appointment or send an email to appointment@phhwtherapy.com for me to contact you to begin this next step. I employ a humanistic approach to therapy, one which is grounded in empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard for my clients. I believes in meeting each client exactly where they are and creating a safe, affirming space where healing and growth can take place. I am deeply committed to helping individuals learn to trust their inner wisdom and embrace the journey of becoming the best version of themselves. I bring a genuine curiosity, openness and appreciation for diversity to my therapeutic work, creating a warm and inclusive environment for all of my clients. I is adept at working with individuals across the lifespan, including teens and adults as well as couples and families. My clinical interests include working with the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals in non-traditional relationships and those healing from trauma. I am especially passionate about supporting clients navigating identity issues, interpersonal and relationship concerns, and life transitions. I was born and raised here in Dallas, Texas. I continue to divide my time between her hometown and New Orleans - two cities that have deeply influenced my perspective and approach to life. I attended Tulane University (BA) and developed a strong interest in understanding human behavior, health and the value in having a holistic approach to life. I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology and and currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD), both at The Chicago School of Psychology. I am Supervised by Jennifer Bradford, PhD. In her personal time, I enjoy reading, traveling and exploring new cuisines with her family.
