You don’t have to do this alone — let’s take the next step together. If life feels heavy, confusing, or out of balance, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether your challenges are recent or long-standing, therapy can provide a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and feel truly understood. I approach this work with care and respect for each person’s unique identity, lived experiences, and the cultural, familial, and social contexts that shape them. Together, we create space to better understand who you are, what matters most to you, and how to live in greater alignment with your values. Please make an appointment or send an email to appointment@phhwtherapy.com for me to contact you to begin this next step.
