I believe mental health deserves the same care and attention as physical health, and I’m passionate about helping reduce the stigma around seeking support. I became interested in this work because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported while navigating life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and other challenges such as stress, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. My background includes working in higher levels of care such as PHP and IOP programs, where I supported individuals facing substance use, eating disorders, and complex mental health challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths based. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques while maintaining a person-centered foundation. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and build the confidence to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
