Introduction

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I believe therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) who works with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stressors. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and creative, expressive techniques to help clients develop insight, recognize their strengths, and build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method, which informs my approach to helping couples improve communication, strengthen emotional connections, and navigate relationship challenges. I recognize that every person brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals to counseling. Together, we will explore what matters most to you and work toward creating positive, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful.
