Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and move toward greater confidence, balance, and connection. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, rooted in trust and openness. I believe every individual holds a unique set of strengths and an immense capacity for growth. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including IFS, Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT, strengths-based interventions, EFT, and the Gottman Method. A core aspect of my approach is the understanding that you are your own expert, and in our work together, I aim to help you better understand yourself—your motivations, your story, and the ways your past, beliefs, and experiences have shaped you—so that you can move toward the version of yourself you most want to be.
