You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, questioning yourself in relationships, struggling to balance the demands of school or work, or trying to find your footing during a major life change. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, family or relationship difficulties, burnout, and important transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-focused interventions based on your needs and goals. Rather than telling you what to do, I work with you to understand the patterns affecting your life, strengthen practical coping skills, and reconnect with your own abilities and sense of confidence. The therapeutic relationship is deeply important to me. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically, process difficult experiences, and move toward greater hope, stability, and peace. I offer in-person sessions in Boston and secure telehealth throughout Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients.
