Introduction

I started in this field 11 years ago. I've always been intrigued in how our minds work and so I love the way in which our brains do what they do! Our minds and bodies can heal if we allow them to and if you give yourself permission to allow this healing to occur. Being on a journey of healing is not easy. It is not sunshine and rainbows. There will be crying, but also some laughter. Crying is good for your soul and inside my therapy space, I offer you to let down your guard because you deserve it. I help individuals find balance within themselves to overcome what they have been holding onto for far too long. I currently treat individuals as well as facilitate group therapy sessions for perinatal and postpartum birthers. The result of this process is healing from the pain, life transitions, and questions that bring you to therapy. Something I thoroughly enjoy to do as well is that I supervise other therapists with their master’s degree through their residency hours towards independent licensure.
