Introduction

My therapeutic approach blends mindfulness, somatics, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all through a trauma-focused lens. I have over 25 years of experience working in mental health, consciousness, and well being. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Yoga Therapist, Experienced Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and am Certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Upon request, postural yoga, somatic, and/or breathwork can be integrated into the therapeutic process. Additionally, I am a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider (PATP) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. I have received extensive training in psychedelic therapy and non-ordinary states of consciousness, including: Harm Reduction in the psychedelic space, Justice, Equity and Inclusion in the therapeutic space, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. In addition to being a provider, I also facilitate workshops and learning modules for fellow clinicians. I believe in the power of relationships, kindness, compassion, and community.
