Introduction

**Seeing patients starting September 2026** I am an experienced behavioral health nurse practitioner with a passion for helping my patients achieve optimal functioning and well-being. Each patient has their own unique values and goals, and together we create and implement a personalized treatment plan with check-ins and support along the way. My specialty is assistance with medication-based treatments, but medications are a tool and only part of what helps us to achieve our goals. We will look at all areas of wellness including sleep, relationships, nutrition, physical activity, and emotion regulation. Medication isn't always necessary or appropriate, in which case we will talk about other recommendations that might be helpful. I also enjoy working with patients to thoughtfully reduce multiple medications that may not be helpful any longer. If you are on medication(s) that haven't been re-evaluated in some time, I can assist you with determining if they are still necessary, and if not, safely and comfortably engage in medication tapers. Please note: if you are seeking prescription of a specific medication or class of medications, particularly controlled medications such as benzodiazepines or stimulants, I may not be the best fit for you. These can be warranted in some situations but it is unlikely you will receive a prescription for these medications at your first appointment with me. If you would like to see if we are a good fit, please reach out by sending a secure message using the "contact" button, or call 802.424.9196 to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
