Hi, I’m Courtney Graby, LSCSW, and I’m the founder of Endeavor Therapeutics. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Kansas, and I work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. I got started in this work because I’ve always been deeply interested in why we do what we do—especially in moments of stress, conflict, or emotional pain. Over time, that curiosity grew into a passion for helping people understand their patterns, heal from past experiences, and build lives that feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with who they truly are. I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, attachment-related concerns, and life transitions. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models based on what you need—including attachment theory, cognitive and mindfulness-based strategies, and practical, skills-focused work. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with support, insight, and gentle challenge. In our work together, you can expect a space that is warm, honest, and collaborative. Sessions are not rigid or worksheet-heavy; instead, we focus on what feels most important for you in the moment while still keeping an eye on long-term growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change—not just symptom relief, but real progress you can feel in your everyday life. Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, recovering from painful experiences, or simply wanting to grow into a healthier version of yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to support you on that journey.
