Introduction

Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Struggling with the effects of trauma, relationship conflict, overwhelming emotions, or the demands of a high-stress career? You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. As a former first responder or a parent struggling to balance it all? I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with high-pressure careers, shift work, trauma exposure, and the impact these experiences can have on individuals, couples, and families. Whether you’re experiencing burnout, navigating relationship difficulties, coping with past trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and supported. I specialize in working with adult first responders, shift workers, couples, trauma survivors, and individuals struggling with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, impulsive behaviors, and symptoms often associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also welcome clients seeking therapy for the first time and work to create an environment where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients develop practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and build lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward healing from past experiences, managing overwhelming emotions, improving communication, and creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring nature, and traveling. These experiences reinforce my belief in the importance of connection, balance, resilience, and finding moments of joy even during life’s challenges. Currently accepting telehealth clients.
