Others may see that you showed up, but not what it cost you. If that resonates, I may be the therapist for you. I believe some of the deepest wounds are invisible. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, recovering from trauma, working as a first responder, supporting a loved one, or carrying the weight of caregiving, it can be exhausting to feel misunderstood. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to prove your experiences to be taken seriously. I strive to see the whole person, not just the symptoms, and to honor the unique challenges, strengths, and resilience each client brings to therapy. I specialize in working with first responders, shift workers, couples, trauma survivors, and individuals struggling with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, impulsive behaviors, and symptoms often associate with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also welcome clients who may be seeking therapy for the first time.
