I work with adults who may look like they’re holding everything together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients have spent a long time taking care of others, pushing through difficult experiences, or trying to manage symptoms that haven’t improved with simply “talking it out.” My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel heard and understood. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, caregiver stress and burnout, life transitions, and working with neurodivergent adults. I am also trained in EMDR and integrate approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and parts-informed work based on each client’s individual needs. Therapy with me isn’t about telling you what you should do or expecting you to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll work together to better understand the patterns that have helped you survive, identify what is no longer serving you, and develop tools that support meaningful and sustainable change. Whether you’re navigating the impact of past experiences, feeling emotionally exhausted from caring for everyone else, or simply realizing that you don’t want to keep feeling this way, therapy can be a place to begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying and move toward something different.
