Introduction

Welcome. I'm Courtney, a licensed psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an advanced and highly-sought after evidence based therapy that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. EMDR can help people process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and create meaningful, lasting change. While trauma is a primary focus of my work, I also help clients overcome anxiety and depression, navigate major life transitions, strengthen relationships, and address parenting and family concerns. Additionally, I care deeply about helping clients integrate their faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process in a thoughtful, ethical, and clinically grounded way. For many people, these aspects of life are deeply connected to healing, meaning, and personal growth, yet are often overlooked in traditional therapy settings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that effective therapy should be guided by your unique needs and goals—not limited by the restrictions of insurance companies. As a private-pay practice, I am able to provide personalized care tailored to you and the work you want to accomplish. My practice is located in Fallbrook, where I offer a warm, calming, and private space designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and safe as we begin healing. Seeking support takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life. Schedule a consult to see if I'm the right fit. Courtney
