I love working with teens and young adults as they navigate transitions, but I also enjoy working with older adults and believe that growth and change can happen at any stage of life. My ideal client is someone going through a big life shift. Graduation, career changes, relationships, or just feeling stuck. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you just need to be open to the process, even if that means starting with “I don’t know.” If you’re ready to dig in, be honest with yourself, and maybe even laugh a little along the way, I’d love to work with you. Therapy with me is a mix of humor, compassion, and practical tools. I believe we all have the ability to heal, it’s just a matter of tapping into those internal resources. Whether we’re using EMDR, exploring emotions through conversation, or just figuring out what the next step looks like, my goal is to create a space where healing feels possible. I’ve always been drawn to helping people who struggle to express their pain. As a kid, I dreamed of being a veterinarian because I felt a deep connection to animals. I even tried to rescue worms when my dad went fishing. As an adult, I realized my calling was working with people, helping them navigate life’s challenges and find their own path to healing.
