I believe you deserve to experience your emotions fully without letting them take control of your life. With nearly 12 years of social work experience—including two years in medical social work—I've learned that anxiety and depression, often thrive when we feel alone in them. I'm here to help you reclaim your emotional well-being. Whether you're a young adult navigating early adulthood, an adult facing life's complexities, or an elder seeking support, I work with individuals across the lifespan. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to give you practical tools and a compassionate space to heal. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept a range of insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna Healthcare, TRICARE, UnitedHealthcare and many others, as well as out-of-pocket options. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you in reaching your goals.
