Introduction

Hi! I'm glad you're here. If you're reading this, chances are life feels a little overwhelming right now—and you don't have to figure it all out on your own. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you aren't sure what to expect or if past experiences have left you feeling unheard. My goal is to make therapy feel different. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, make sense of your experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I'll meet you where you are, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. I'm a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with over six years of experience working with individuals ages 16 and up. While I often incorporate traditional talk therapy, I also believe healing doesn't always happen through words alone. When it feels like the right fit, I enjoy bringing creativity and curiosity into sessions, whether this is through art, writing, or conversation to help clients explore emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel natural and meaningful. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and stress. I also have a special interest in supporting mothers through every stage of motherhood, including pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, the mental load of parenting, and the emotional challenges that can come with the perinatal period. I truly believe therapy is a collaborative process. If you'd like to see if we're a good fit, I'd love to connect!
