Introduction

I provide Telehealth Outpatient Mental Health services to Individuals. I am licensed in Virginia and Florida, and can receive referrals from Veteran Affairs Community Care Network. My ideal clients would like extra support to help manage life struggles, especially at a time when they feel like they have hit rock bottom. They are struggling with interpersonal relationships, low self worth, neglecting self-care, having difficulty regulating emotions, or turning to unhealthy behaviors. I’m here to help. I actively and emphatically listen to give my clients space to self reflect with the goal of making life better, or perhaps less worse. I will provide a supportive role and help you figure out life challenges. I will meet you where you are, and provide educational material as needed. I have been an active duty military spouse for 21+ years. Military folks are my people, and I want to serve them and give back. I pride myself in being open-minded and welcome many topics of conversation.
