I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than a decade of experience helping individuals with substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress. I also work with many neurodivergent clients, including autistic individuals, people with ADHD, and parents of neurodivergent children. In therapy, I help people navigate life transitions, better understand recurring patterns, and build practical strategies for managing ongoing challenges. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and nervous system regulation within an evidence-based framework. Depending on your needs, we may also explore how current beliefs and relationship patterns developed over time, including early life experiences. I tailor therapy to your unique background, goals, and needs. I offer virtual and in-person sessions most weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM, with in-person appointments available on Wednesdays/Thursdays.
