Introduction

I’m an ADHD-certified therapist (ADHD-CCSP) with 13 years of experience working in both private practice and medical settings. Many people come to therapy not because they lack insight or ability, but because their internal experience feels harder than it “should.” Motivation can be inconsistent. Emotions can feel intense or unpredictable. Decisions get stuck. Tasks pile up. Over time, this often leads to burnout from constantly pushing through, overcompensating, or masking struggles in order to keep up; especially when you’re capable, thoughtful, and trying very hard. I work from an ADHD-affirming perspective that understands these patterns as part of how an ADHD brain works, especially in a world made for neurotypical brains. Together, we look at what’s actually getting in the way without judgment or pathologizing and use evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation, follow-through, self-trust, and confidence. My role is to offer a space where you feel understood and taken seriously while also helping you build practical strategies that fit your life. Therapy is collaborative and goal-directed. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, your values, and what matters most to you right now.
