As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples feel more connected — to themselves, to one another, and to the relationships that matter most in their lives. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can show up authentically, feel deeply understood, and explore challenges with openness, curiosity, and self-compassion. I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship stress, intimacy concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, and feelings of emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, systemic, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I believe therapy should feel flexible and personalized, and I draw primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful and lasting change. I have a special passion for sex therapy and enjoy working with clients across the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as individuals and relationships exploring polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and BDSM/kink dynamics. One area of work I especially enjoy is helping couples reconnect and rebuild intimacy after major life transitions — whether that means becoming parents, relocating, career changes, shifts in identity, or evolving relationship needs. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your relationships, reconnect with yourself, improve communication, or move through a difficult season with greater support, I would be honored to be part of that journey alongside you.
