Introduction

I specialize in couples therapy and also support individuals who are experiencing relationship challenges or wanting to better understand themselves within their relationships. I am passionate about helping people develop healthier connections, improve communication, and deepen their understanding of themselves and their partner(s). I have experience working with couples and individuals around communication difficulties, attachment wounds, intimacy and connection, infidelity, becoming new parents, life stressors, and maintaining healthy relationships. In sessions, we explore relationship patterns, practice empathy and communication, and develop strategies to help you build the connection and relationships you desire. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to create a collaborative and individualized approach to counseling. I specialize in couples therapy and also work with individuals who are experiencing relationship challenges or want to better understand themselves within their relationships. Whether working individually or as a couple, my goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen connection, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I also offer therapy for farmers and individuals connected to agriculture recognizes the unique demands, relationships, stressors, and experiences that can come with farm and agricultural life.
