I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and integrative mental health therapist who helps individuals ages 5 and up calm their nervous system, process emotions, and feel more regulated in daily life. My work is rooted in a mind-body approach that supports both emotional healing and nervous system balance. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with somatic tools, mindfulness, and breathwork. This combination helps clients move beyond just talking about symptoms and instead learn practical skills to regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and create lasting change. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life stress, as well as those who feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from themselves. Whether through individual therapy or guided breathwork sessions, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, resilient, and connected — both in their minds and their bodies.
