Introduce yourself to prospective clients. We suggest adding how you got started, any treatment or client specializations, and how your services can provide a meaningful impact to clients.Sometimes life doesn’t fall apart all at once, it slowly becomes heavier to carry. Anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship stress, family challenges, or the constant pressure to “hold it together” can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted and disconnected from yourself. Whether you are navigating college stress, caregiving, difficult relationships, or painful past experiences, therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to breathe again. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I strive to create a space that feels supportive, genuine, and welcoming where clients can show up as themselves. I believe each person carries resilience within themselves, even during difficult seasons of life. Together, we work to build coping tools, emotional insight, confidence, and healthier patterns while focusing on the whole person — not just one challenge. I also offer faith-sensitive care for clients who wish to incorporate spirituality into the counseling process, while always meeting clients where they are in their personal beliefs and experiences. I work with adults ages 18 and older, including college students, young adults, middle-aged adults, older adults, and caregivers. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, self-esteem, ADHD/ADD-related concerns, family conflict, parenting, college and career stress, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals and families impacted by ALS-related challenges, caregiving stress, grief, and loss. My goal is to help clients feel emotionally safe, heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey
