Introduction

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with children, teens, and adults, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and practical tools for change. I have experience in PHP and IOP settings and use a blend of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, radical acceptance, person-centered, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing approaches. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, life transitions, life and work stress, career changes, mood or personality disorders, as well as those impacted by foster care and adoption. I enjoy working with individuals and couples! When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me traveling, trying new recipes, exploring new places, or spending time with my husband and our dogs. I also love all things spooky—especially Halloween and scary movies!
