Introduction

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating a wide range of mental health and substance use conditions across outpatient, addiction, and behavioral health settings. My approach combines medication management with supportive psychotherapy to help clients improve daily functioning, emotional stability, and overall quality of life. I work with adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorders, borderline and other personality disorders, schizophrenia, insomnia, substance use disorders, and more. I understand the strong connection between mental health, physical health, chronic stress, and life circumstances, and I strive to provide treatment that is practical, individualized, and collaborative. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard while also receiving clear clinical guidance and evidence-based care. Treatment is focused not only on symptom reduction, but also on helping clients regain confidence, improve relationships, increase productivity, and move toward long-term stability. I currently provide secure telehealth services with flexible scheduling options for clients seeking accessible and structured psychiatric care.
