Hello, I'm Courtney! I am passionate about working with individuals and couples facing relationship issues, life transitional issues, parenthood issues, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I am also trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2, and I utilize this modality with clients. I incorporate creative techniques through art and play into my sessions. I have substantial experience counseling relationship dynamics including parenting, affairs, ending of a relationship, nonmonogamy, intimacy concerns, and pre-marital work. I have experience working with a variety of relationships including , open, monogamous, and LGBTQIA+. I approach clients from a systemic, interactional perspective, with a focus on behavioral changes while considering the whole of the individual, family, or couple. My goal is to help you cultivate connections with yourself and others in your life as well as gain perspective on the healing and recovery abilities you already possess. I look forward to talking about if we could make a good fit in collaborating to work toward your improved wellness. I hope to offer perspective, warmth, and creativity in supporting you in your personal work. “That’s a way to see it, and there is also another way to see it.” Insoo Kim Berg
