Introduction

My experience in mental health is both personal and professional, which gives me a strong heart to serve those who are suffering and experiencing a low quality of life due to their mental health. I first worked as a mentor in a residential treatment setting and then pursued a Master's in Clinical Mental Counseling before getting my start in the private practice realm, where I've remained. There is a special place in my heart for people experiencing OCD and other neurodivergent challenges, and I also enjoy helping people with anxiety, depression, anger, interpersonal or marital issues, behavioral addictions, social skills, self-esteem, and complex trauma. My preferred treatment modalities include CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, Somatic healing, and Attachment Theory, all from a trauma-informed perspective.
