Introduction

At this stage of my life and career, I am drawn to working with individuals and couples who feel stuck - stuck in their thoughts, their emotions, their relationships or the direction of their lives. Many of my ideal clients are people who outwardly appear to be functioning, yet inwardly feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. They may be wrestling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or the sense that something isn't right. With my life experience and professional training, I bring decades of lived experience, navigating relationships, loss, change, parenting, identity, and the complexities that come with being human. My approach to counseling is rooted in a values-based psychodynamic style of therapy that honors each client's unique story. If you feel stuck in life or in your own mind, you're not alone-and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I work with adults, teens, and couples using an emotionally focused, values-based approach. Therapy offers a safe space to understand what's holding you back and move forward. If this sounds like you, please take the time to reach out.
