Introduction

Craig Mead, LCSW | Helping Adults Navigate Stress, Anxiety ADHD, & Life’s Messy Middle I’m Craig Mead, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with over 30 years of professional mental health experience helping adults who feel stuck, scattered, or stretched too thin. My therapy practice focuses on working adults who are struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, adult ADHD, and the emotional weight of perfectionism, self-criticism, and losing sight of the future. If you’re trying to hold it all together but feel like something’s off, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. For men, I can help you learn about the root causes of your emotions, triggers, stress, anxiety and become a more emotionally available and expressive partner. We can improve self-confidence, communication, and assertiveness skills. Reduce shutting down and improve emotional intimacy. In addition to talk therapy, I also offer ADHD, executive functioning, and life coaching for clients who don't need therapy but want hands-on tools to understand themselves, clarify goals, and improve focus, follow-through, and success in daily life. All sessions are done via online video telehealth, with flexible options to fit your schedule and needs.
