Introduction

I'm a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in medication management for mood disorders, ADHD/ADD, and stress-related conditions. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—and take a friendly, evidence-based approach to a wide range of psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, grief, sleep issues, and alcohol use. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral techniques, and holistic perspectives into my practice to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Whether you're navigating a major life adjustment, managing a chronic condition, or seeking clarity around gender identity, I'm here to help. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person appointments. I accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Connecticut, Medicare Part B of Rhode Island, and UnitedHealthcare.
