Introduction

Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a significant leap, but you don't have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My name is Craig Williams (M.Ed., LPC, NCC), and I have been helping individuals build resilience, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change in their lives since 2018. My Approach to Therapy Every person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to your specific needs, strengths, and goals. I integrate three primary evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To help you identify, understand, and reframe negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy: To help you identify your inherent strengths, uncover practical solutions, and take actionable steps toward the future you want. Narrative Therapy: To empower you to separate yourself from your problems, rewrite painful life stories, and reclaim agency over your own life script. Areas of Specialization I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including: Trauma & PTSD / Abuse Survivors: Healing from past painful experiences and rebuilding a sense of safety and self. Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Fears & Phobias: Learning tools to calm your nervous system, dismantle panic, and regain confidence in social and daily settings. Depression & Stress Management: Finding hope, restoring motivation, and developing sustainable self-care strategies for life’s overwhelming demands. Body Image Disorders: Cultivating a healthier relationship with your body, self-worth, and identity. Behavioral Issues: Identifying root causes and developing healthier habits and emotional regulation skills. What to Expect In our work together, you are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a supportive partnership, practical tools, and a therapeutic space where you feel genuinely heard and validated. Whether you are looking to process past trauma, reduce daily stress, or break free from unhelpful patterns, we will work collaboratively at a pace that feels right for you. Ready to get started? Reach out today to schedule a consultation—I look forward to walking alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.
