Introduction

Welcome. My name is Audrey Ramos, PhD, and I am a Psychologist Candidate under supervision, providing virtual therapy services throughout Colorado through Crestpoint Psych Services. I specialize in working with adults, couples, first responders, and neurodivergent individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, occupational stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My background includes years of experience in law enforcement and crisis-related environments prior to entering the field of clinical psychology, which allows me to bring both clinical knowledge and real-world understanding into the therapy process. My approach is direct, compassionate, evidence-based, and goal-oriented. I understand that reaching out for support is not always easy, especially for individuals who are used to carrying responsibilities for others. Therapy should feel like a collaborative space where you can process challenges honestly, build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful change without judgment. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed interventions, EMDR-informed techniques, mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused approaches. I also integrate practical coping tools, communication strategies, and accountability to help clients create sustainable progress in daily life. Whether you are struggling with trauma, stress, relationships, emotional overwhelm, identity changes, professional burnout, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you develop insight, regain stability, and move forward with confidence and clarity. I currently provide virtual therapy services for adults across Colorado. Couples therapy and specialized services are also available.
