Introduction

Cristianne EagleFeather Moreno is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 2014 with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Cristi specializes in working with adult and juvenile clients who are involved in the justice system, have a history of substance use, and/or are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Cristi enjoys working with clients to guide them through their mental health and/or substance use concerns utilizing a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Additionally, she enjoys teaching Anger Management, working with couples, and meets with Spanish-speaking clients. Cristi has been trained in EMDR and will be offering this service later in 2026. Shayla Trausch is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), Provisionally Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC), and a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS). She holds a Master's of Science in Christian Counseling with an Emphasis on Substance Use and Addictive Disorders and a Master's of Science in Criminal Justice with an Emphasis on Law Enforcement. Shayla specializes in working with families and youth that have been impacted by trauma or involvement in the child welfare or justice system. She takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach so that individuals can heal in an environment that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative. She works with clients in individual, family, or couples therapy. Strengthening relationships and building resilience are key to becoming the best version of yourself possible. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free zone, where individuals can focus on themselves, one step at a time.
