Introduction

The Wrestling in the Wandering is a place to seek clarity, truth, and healing by asking hard (taboo) questions. Do you struggle with heavy/worrisome thoughts that run on a loop, especially while trying to fall asleep? Do you feel like you carry a constant weight on your shoulders? Do you struggle to take a deep breath? Do painful scenes/voices from your past invade your mind at inconvenient times? For the Christian, do you feel a sense of guilt struggling like this? Do you wonder where the good God you have heard about has been? You don't have to struggle alone. Regardless of beliefs, you can find support for your journey here. I use creativity and humor as well as evidenced-based approaches such as EMDR and CBT to give you tools to navigate what life might throw at you. My goal is to help you understand the connection between your past, core beliefs, and current struggles to guide changes that let live life with more clarity, confidence, and freedom. The process of change and growth is often messy and can feel both terrifying and overwhelming to even know where to begin which is why I am here to help. The Wrestling in the Wandering is a space for you to pause as we work together to help you sleep easier, breathe deeper, and find peace from the shame, anxiety, and guilt you have been carrying.
