I believe that every person has the potential to live a happy and meaningful life when supported in a safe and affirming relationship. Because each person is different, I hold no assumptions or expectations about what your life and relationships should look like. Instead, we will cultivate presence with what is and curiosity about where you’d like to grow. We will be gentle when things don’t go as planned and we will protect your peace when things are not in your control. I am unapologetically on your side and deeply committed to your growth. I am honored to work with adults and teenagers of all intersectional identities and walks of life in the context of individual, couple, and family therapy sessions. I feel especially called to work with people who are queer-identified, navigating neurodivergence, seeking a changed relationship with substances, trying to cultivate more meaning and self-awareness in their lives, and desiring less conflict and more harmony in their relationships. I am guided by my desire for you to feel safe, seen, understood, and empowered.
