As a licensed professional counselor, I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and middle-aged clients navigating a wide range of challenges. Much of my work centers on supporting people on the Autism Spectrum, where I prioritize creating a space that feels safe, empowering, and grounded in trust. I also have experience working with individuals in foster care, helping them process anxiety, depression, trauma, and the lasting effects of instability or loss. I specialize in working with individuals who are developmentally, intellectually, and physically disabled. My approach is flexible and individualized, meeting each person where they are while honoring their strengths, needs, and lived experience. In addition, I support clients struggling with eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I understand that these experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating, and I work alongside clients to build coping skills, increase self-understanding, and move toward a greater sense of stability and hope. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I offer nature walks/hikes upon request. Levels are small walks, to a medium walk/hike, to a challenging hike. I also offer a therapy dog upon request as well. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and supported, and when the tools we use actually fit your life. Whether you're working through trauma, managing daily stressors, or trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk with you through the process.
