Introduction

I understand therapy as a journey of self and I feel privileged to be part of the process. I specialize in trauma and intimate partner violence; I have extensive experience working with both survivors and partners who have acted harmfully. I also acknowledge how our cultural backgrounds can complicate our understanding of ourselves and our relationships. I work with clients with multicultural identities who struggle with intergenerational conflict, guilt, loneliness, among other difficulties. As a Latina myself, I bring my personal experience and empathy to this work.
