Introduction

Life is hard, and asking for help can be daunting. Congratulations on taking this step toward making your wellness a priority. Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve experienced its benefits in the past, I invite you to allow me to help you move toward healing and renewed strength. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all tool. Everyone who comes in has their own strengths, difficulties, backgrounds, and belief systems that impact their sense of self and general outlook on life. I draw from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) models to provide support in exploring what is impacting you. I currently serve individuals who are experiencing work or relationship challenges, depression, and/or anxiety in San Antonio and the surrounding areas via Tele-health.
