My own personal core belief is centered around the importance of relationship. I believe that it all begins with having a desire to learn about our own way of being and having the vulnerability to be a ‘work in progress’. Once we are able to have the mindset shift that we are not perfect, we are able to have compassion for our partner, others, and more importantly ourselves. Having worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in most all areas, I noticed that most of my clients were seeking connection. Whether it was early childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, everyone wanted to feel connected to the world. When I was able to work on the family system, or even the relationship system, the shift and level of progress was unparallel. I enjoy bringing out and fostering connection with others. I firmly believe that if I can shine a light on the love of a relationship and provide the skills to foster the growth of that love, healing can happen.
