Introduction

I work with clients who may be struggling with not understanding what's keeping them from improving their current situation. Which could be past trauma, lack of concentration, low resources, substance issues, and more. I assist with making a plan to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression to help you accomplish change in your life. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? Are anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, or low self-esteem impacting your daily life? If you’re looking for support but don’t know where to begin, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I am a licensed therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families improve their lives and reconnect with their strengths. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing and growth can happen at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, I am trained in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, grief counseling, and relationship therapy. Together, we will identify patterns, build coping skills, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. I offer therapy for children, adults, families, and couples. Sessions available via telehealth or in person, depending on availability. If you’re feeling ready to take the next step or even just curious about what therapy could look like for you—I would be honored to support you on your journey. let's complete a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we are a good match to work together.
