Introduction

I work with older adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, trauma, self-esteem, and difficult life transitions - especially those related to school, independence, relationships, and identity development. I also provide affirming, supportive care for individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, including support around gender identity and self-acceptance. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your comfort. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.
