You are not broken - you’ve adapted. I believe our emotional patterns, even the ones that feel painful or confusing, often make perfect sense within the context of our lives. The systems we grow up in - our families, cultures, communities, and workplaces - all shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In therapy, we create space to slow down and get curious about those patterns: Where did they come from? How have they protected you? And are they still serving you now? My work is grounded in Environmental Systems Theory and guided by an Emotionally Focused Therapy-informed approach. I center relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care that honors your whole self—including the parts you’ve had to hide or silence. I work especially well with those navigating emotional trauma, attachment wounds, workplace burnout, identity exploration, and stress held in the body. I hold space for men, biracial and BIPOC individuals, creatives, and professionals seeking deeper emotional connection and balance. Together, we’ll work toward healing not just from the past, but toward the kind of presence and connection you deserve.
